Women & Hormones: Mid-Life Endocrine Balance ![]() Faculty member Jodi Friedlander has provided us with another great article on women's hormones and how to balance out the endocrine system resulting in higher quality health. Reproductive hormone imbalance, especially in women, is a widespread phenomenon, deeply impacting the quality of life for those affected. It often begins before puberty and continues on through and beyond menopause. Symptoms vary widely in type, number, and severity and tend to increase as women approach mid-life. Read More... Fitness, Food & Fun Summer Camp for Children 4-7 Yrs ![]() Bauman College Santa Cruz and our neighbor Junebug's Gym have teamed up this summer to offer a collaborative fun summer camp for young children. Junebug's offers an array of fun and energizing activities based on the fundamental motor-skill development derived from gymnastics. This is a fun, non-competitive environment that encourages each child to explore and develop their strength and fitness. In addition, children will participate in craft projects and have fun with child-friendly recipes with guidance preparing healthy snacks. Each child will also receive a Junebug's T-shirt & Apron.
