Grains & Greens: Fast and Filling Dinners
Let’s face it: we all come home some evenings too tired to cook. But everyone’s gotta eat. And everyone deserves a nutritious and satisfying meal. Learn how to whip up a wholesome meal fast in our Grains & Greens class. We’ll feature recipes that take little preparation but still pack the same punch you’ve come to expect from an Eating 4 Health meal, like Roasted Late-Summer Vegetables with Quinoa and Parsley Caper Sauce, and Raw Kale and Sprout Salad with Tahini-Dill Dressing & Wild Rice.
RSVP by Website: baumancollege.org
Cost: $75
Bauman College is located at the Garden Level of 1128 Pine Street, in the Community Center behind First Congregational Church.
