Come join us for a delicious afternoon at the Farmers Market with on-going cooking demonstrations by Bauman College Natural Chef Trudy Shafer who will be preparing Apple and Almond Salad. Come to taste, shop for ingredients at the market, and share the bounty with friends and family.

Trudy Schafer, M.A. is a Natural Chef Instructor at Bauman College who brings a holistic, healing approach to the kitchen using organic whole foods. She specializes in cooking nutritional and appetizing cuisine for people healing from illnesses. She runs a personal chef business, The Healing Hearth.
