Join Bauman College Instructor Dani Little for an informative evening on how to enhance your body with the therapeutic effects of the food you love, transform your health, diminish food cravings and find your ideal body weight. You’ll learn about what’s wrong with the standard American diet (SAD) and why popular fad diets do not work. This lecture will also give you a new way to evaluate foods–so you’ll never again have to count calories or grams of fat!
