Is your breakfast leaving you unfocused and tired by early afternoon? Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day--and they were right! Come join Bauman College Outreach specialist Jessica Bauman, B.S, as she shares the secret to a healthy breakfast, and some delicious morning choices to boost your brain function and energy throughout the day. Jessica will demonstrate scrumptious and easy brain-boosting recipes like Vitality Breakfast Bars and Breakfast Salmon Salad. Cooking tips, recipes and samples will be included. Event co-sponsored by Whole Foods.

Jessica Bauman is the Community Outreach Administrator for Bauman College, where she organizes Bauman College’s graduate development opportunities, public benefit nutrition programs like Kidz for Health and Transitional Nutrition, and provides nutrition education to community groups.
