The art of cooking natural foods is an alchemy of tastes, textures, temperature and fresh ingredients. Join Bauman College founder Dr. Ed Bauman, for a lesson in how to use fresh herbs and spices to light up the senses and fire up metabolism with Eating for Health™ foods and beverages.
A small snack will be served.

Description
Penngrove is a tiny town located among the rolling hills and vineyards of the California wine country, one hour north of SF. Most students live in surrounding small towns while attending Bauman College. Optimally, you would have a car or motorcycle/moped while living here. Our site is in the vicinity of Sonoma State University
