The talk will cover different types of gluten sensitivity, its various manifestations, testing options, and healing. The food demo will highlight some delicious gluten-free dishes; including recipes to take home.

Approximately 1.5 hours south of SF, our site is located near a prime surfing location. Surrounding coastal mountains offer redwood forests and lots of hiking. There is limited public transportation, but a good bicycle infrastructure.
