Learn how to increase your energy, improve your health, and elevate your mood with food!

Are you overwhelmed by diet and supplement promotions and not sure what to do or whom to trust? Now, you can study holistic nutrition with Bauman College, the leader in whole food nutrition and culinary arts, in our 8-week Nutrition Essentials for Everyone course. This course will begin Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011.

Our 8-week course teaches the core concepts in whole food nutrition and culinary arts. Individuals seeking practical information and guidance will learn to make daily diet and lifestyle decisions that support improved health and personal growth.

All participants in the program will receive The Nutrition Essentials Workbook.

Bauman College is an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 11401.  Completion of this course will provide 20 CEU contact hours.

Penngrove is a tiny town located among the rolling hills and vineyards of the California wine country, one hour north of SF. Most students live in surrounding small towns while attending Bauman College. Optimally, you would have a car or motorcycle/moped while living here. Our site is in the vicinity of Sonoma State University
