Gluten Free Desserts - An Introduction to Alternative Flours and Sweeteners

A 2-hour, hands-on cooking class on gluten-free desserts taught by Elana Amsterdam, the author of The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook and the popular gluten-free blog, Elana's Pantry. This class will introduce you to baking with alternative flours and sweeteners and expose you to a variety of techniques and new ingredients. Participants conclude the class by creating pecan apple tarts, chocolate chip cookies and gingerbread muffins (all delicious, and gluten-free, of course!).
Cost: $50/person.
