Learn how to increase your energy, improve your health, and elevate your mood with food through Bauman College’s Nutrition Essentials for Everyone™ course.

This 8-week personal growth course teaches the core concepts of holistic nutrition and culinary arts.
Students will leave empowered with the knowledge and specific tools necessary to make lasting changes to physical condition and longevity through daily diet and lifestyle decisions. Learn to manage food addictions, cravings, and lifelong poor health habits to find the best well-being for you and those you love.

Berkeley is a hip, diverse, urban setting across the Bay Bridge from San Francisco. Good public transit is available by bus and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). You may not need personal transportation while living here, other than a bicycle. Our site is in the vicinity of UC Berkeley.

Directions from the North and South: From I-580/ I-80 in either direction, take the University Avenue exit and head east. The school is located at 1007 University Avenue, between 9th and 10th Street. Free street parking is available in the neighborhoods surrounding the school.

Directions from San Francisco: Take I-80 east over the Bay Bridge and continue on I-80 East towards Berkeley and Sacramento. Take the University Avenue exit and head east. The school is located at 1007 University Avenue, between 9th and 10th Street. Free street parking is available in the neighborhoods surrounding the school.

BART and Bus Directions: Visit www.transit.511.org or call 511 to plan the best route from your location to Bauman College.

The closest BART station to the Berkeley location is the North Berkeley BART station. It's located at Sacramento and Delaware, three blocks north of University Avenue. You may catch the 51B AC Transit bus from the corner of Sacramento and University and it will drop you off at the NE corner of University and 9th. This is approximately a 6 block bus ride. You can plan your exact trip using www.511.org.

Amtrak Directions: Exit the Amtrak station at 3rd and University and walk 6 blocks up University to 1007 University Avenue. The school is located between 9th and 10th Street.
