Edward Bauman, M.Ed., Ph.D., is the founder and director of Bauman College. He is an articulate and witty lecturer making complex nutritional information simple and clear to understand. Dr. Bauman has developed the Eating For Health nutrition model which effectively promotes optimal health, prevents disease, manages chronic illness, and helps people to discover the joy of eating well. He is the author of numerous books, publications, and seminars on integrative health issues and whole food nutrition topics.

Dr. Bauman is an adjunct faculty member at JFK University.
