One of the most facinating reports in some time...a new substance isolated from human saliva called "Opiorphin" has been shown to be a powerful painkiller (6x that of morphine!). Even more it may even be used as an anti-depressant!
So even if mom's saliva wasn't the boo-boo healer...it sure made you feel better...and now science has proved it!
