Chef Karen Diggs profiled four delicious, Eating for Health recipes to the employees of The North Face in San Leandro on October 6th and 7th, including "Diva Delights," "Creamy No Cream Butternut Squash Soup, "Autumn Apple and Zucchini Salad," and "Quinoa and Chicken Melange with Fresh Herbs." Employees received apples as a courtesy of The North Face, and received two  recipes featuring apples as a courtesy of Chef Karen!
