MANGO GUACAMOLE Ingredients:5 avocadosthe juice of 2 fresh squeezed limes
1 small diced red onion
1 diced mango1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
a dash of cayenne pepperDirections:Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits. Using a sharp knife slice through the avocados horizontally and vertically while in their shells. Scoop out and into a large bowl. Using a fork, mash up the avocados. Add the lime juice, mango, onion, salt, pepper and cayenne and mix together and voila! Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or gluten free crackers!
