Hey everyone!  Thought I'd pass on this link that explains how to get free admission to the SF GreenFest at the SF Concourse Center Exhibition Center this weekend.  All you have to do is bring a receipt from shopping at Rainbow grocery which has the best selection in the city for natural food products and close to the center. Here is the link:

Myself and crew of Spring 2011 natural chef students are going on Sunday, hope to see everyone there! Ciao, Nicolette

I went to the Green Festival on Saturday and it was really a lot of fun.  I learned there are ramifications with everythings we choose to eat.  I live in a very active area for green thought such as sustainability, and veganism.  But, I found a new area to think about at the Green Fest.  I didn't realize the issues surrounding chocolate.  Chocolate is being harvested by young children and indentured servents.  Apparently, Hershey's buys beans harvested in farms who use these tactics.  I recommend everyone do a little research before reaching for your next taste of chocolate.
