Bauman College and Phat Beets Produce brought in BC graduates Cary Kaufman and Chika Obih to demonstrate  “Sesame Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas with Onions and Fennel,” sharing free samples and recipes, along with nutrition tips at the market located in North Oakland at Arlington Medical Center. With food justice at its core, the market provides affordable organic produce and thrives on community support.
