Hello Bauman friends,

Are you interested in enjoying a raw dinner this Tuesday at Stillheart Institute (.org) in Woodside, with Kevin Gianni as keynote speaker?

Are you looking for more time in the kitchen, learning about - and making - raw food?

Would you like a free raw dinner? (this is a $55 value)

If so, I would love for FOUR of you to work with me ....please read on...

PREP, from 2:30pm to 6pm:
Will need 2 people to help prepare the food. This shift begins at 2:30pm, to work with me in the kitchen using the Blendtec, food processor and/or the spiralizer.
Payment is dinner, $55 value. This shift ends when the event starts, at 6pm.

SERVER, from 5:30pm to 9:15pm:
Will need 1 person to help serve, bring food to the tables. This person is in addition to 2 helpers from Eucalyptus Magazine. This shift begins at 5:30pm, this person will help in the kitchen plating the main course during Kevin's pre-dinner presentation (he will do a Q&A session after the meal). When Kevin is done talking, at 7pm, this person will bring the main course to the tables, and go around refilling water and tea. Then, will bring the dessert to the tables. These 3 helpers will have time to eat dinner and dessert at a table. This person will help clear the tables, bringing the dishes back to the kitchen. This shift ends when dinner/dessert is over, at 9:15pm.
Payment is dinner, $55 value.

DISHWASHER, from 9pm to whenever dishes are done:
Will need 1 dishwasher. This shift starts after the event is over, at 9pm, and ends when the dishes are done. Dishes will mainly be plates, glasses and flatware (no pots or pans!).
Payment is dinner, $55 value ... and in addition this person will receive a $50 gift certificate for me/my services to use toward any of my future events, to be used by Dec. 31, 2011. (Ideas: to use for Chef BeLive's class on Sept 8th or his dinner Sept 9th. Or, to have a private 2-hour un-cooking class with me, food cost is extra. I'm open to other ideas.)

What to expect:
This is a raw dinner for 40 - 50 people (about 11 tables, 4 people per table).

We'll serve "family style" ... meaning that each table will get a dish to pass around.

We will be using plates and trays, forks and knives, water glasses and coffee mugs (we'll serve tea).

Parking is limited, so, it'd be great for folks to carpool.

Here is the event info, the agenda and my the menu:

If interested, please contact me (phone, texting or email) by tomorrow night, Friday, 10pm.

Thank you and I look forward to being with some of you this coming Tuesday!
