Learn to do Yoga without hurting your back!  This gentle class helps you to:

    * reduce back pain
    * lengthen your spine
    * increase flexibility and strength
    * improve balance
    * deepen your relaxation
    * learn easy ways to keep your spine healthy
    * improve your posture

Class is based on Iyengar-style yoga and the postural alignments of the Balance Center in Palo Alto.  Small class size allows for individual attention.

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:15-6:45 pm.
LOCATION: Sonoma Body Balance, 210 Vallejo Street, Suite C, Petaluma (upstairs)
COST: $15 drop-in, $50 for 4 classes, $95 for 8 classes

Taught by Dana Davis, MA, Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Balance posture teacher
