Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade whole grain crackers? I tried one that used whole wheat, kamut flour, water and olive oil. However, the crackers came out hard rather than crispy. Any suggestions?

I have a recipe for great GF / grain-free crackers.  OK it's not mine.  It's Elana's.

Scroll down to crackers; there are several recipes.  I've made the sesame ones and the rosemary ones and a variation with sesame, poppy, garlic and sea salt, sort of like an everything bagel Smiley

They're great, and super easy!   Not to mention they'll make any GF or Paleo people in your life very happy.    I love that they are higher in protein / lower in carbs than your average cracker.

I'm sure you already found yourself a cracker recipe, but i thought I'd add mine to the thread in case others are interested. ;-)
