microwaving a hot water bottle
«

So every night I sleep with a hot water bottle on my pelvis for cramping (working on ovarian cysts).
I use the microwave to heat up the bottle (otherwise I never use the microwave) and it occurred to me that maybe heating up a water bottle isn't the best idea...
Any thoughts?

I often use a water bottle at night as well. I boil my water and then pour it into the bottle....seems to work perfectly! My thoughts would be to stay away from the microwave
