Thank you so much for posting this. The Organic Center does what is probably the most important work out there vis a vis helping the public understand the value of organic foods. Their 2008 publication comparing organic varieties of produce to their exact counterparts grown commercially, really helped clear up any confusion anyone might have had, especially as it came out near the same time as the British study that claimed there were no nutritional advantages to eating organic produce.

I highly recommend their website for their published studies and articles detailing important aspects of the dangers of pesticides and the benefits of organic. It can provide some good references for people who doubt that organic is better.
