I have a friend/client who has been exposed to toxic chemicals where she worked
as a plant nurse. Anyone have good ideas on supplements or cleanses and/or diet
for her? She has migraines, especially when around fragances.. Thank you in advance for
your input!!

Hi Cheryl,
To begin to determine which toxins she is contaminated with, a hair sample might be a good place to start. This can be done through Bauman College, or her own practitioner. After the toxins have been identified, an plan can be put into place. In the meanwhile, adding daily beans and greens are a great place to start, if she is not already eating these, and lots of pure water.
Best Regards.
