I'm curious about vitamins for my 11 year old daughter.  She does eat fairly well throughout the day, but doesn't eat fruit at all.  She's loves vegetables and other healthy foods, but I wouldn't mind covering all her bases by incorporating a multi vitamin of some sort (age appropriate of course).

Thanks for your help!  Wink

I'm all for organic whole foods supplementation for long-term maintenance purposes. Goes hand-in-hand with an organic whole foods diet. At the retail level, you can check out both the MegaFood brand and New Chapter Organics. They both manufacture supplements for children, and while they're lower dose than what most people are used to seeing, there's evidence that supplements from whole foods are more bioavailable than isolates.
