I have a client that has been noticing and quite bothered by excess saliva in her lower mouth and jaw. She is very uncomfortable and some herbs like slippery elm are making it worse. Does anyone have an inclining about what might be causing this?

She has some gut issues (possibly parasitic) and right now we are focusing on whole foods and healing the gut (first with whole foods, then some supplemental support).\
THANKS!

Just wondering, does she have any emotional issues? Also, is she thin? Long-fingers and toes? Great teeth? Allergies? This comes to mind for me because I'm currently working with a client with all of these symptoms and more of a condition known as histadelia -- overproduction of histamine. It's classified as a form of schizophrenia, but mild versions are possible. You can Google it for further information. From what I've read, people with lots of saliva generally have few problems with cavities, so it just might be something to be thankful for.
