Room for rent in cute Sonoma home for Penngrove Bauman student

Hi,

I am currently a Penngrove NE student, graduating in December. I live in Sonoma/Glen Ellen, which is a beautiful 25-minute drive from the school. No freeway driving, all country roads.

I'm looking for a roommate who is kind, considerate, reliable, tidy, and easy-going. My house is small (1,200 sq.ft.), 2 bed, 1 bath, and has a lot of charm. Rent ($550 per month) includes utilities (water, PG&E, garbage). Street parking, nice quiet neighborhood. Short-term ok (month-to-month).

I am 40, a vegan, and work as a writer from home. I don't watch TV (don't have cable) but do watch movies/Netflix here and there. If you are interested, please email me back and tell me a bit about yourself and your live/work situation, and what you're looking for in a roommate. Thank you! -Cathy

Hi, I read that you are a NE student.  I am thinking about doing that also and I was wondering if you were doing the program as distance learning or in the classroom? Are you also going to complete the NC certificate?    I am thinking about also taking the Natural Chef program.   I would love to learn all the information, I'm just not sure what I will do with all the education.  What direction are you going to go when you're done with the NE certificate?  Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to get other opinions and advice.
