I love the Fall Season. It's a time of balance. The days and nights are the same length at the Equinox and then gradually the light diminishes and the dark prevails. It's the beginning of the school year, which brings a wonderful rush of excitement and expectation. The summer gardens are now yielding a harvest of fresh, healing foods. How I love going to my back yard and picking fresh figs off my tree, a tree that I bought in a pot for Mother's Day 12 years ago, and now it is 20 feet tall and bearing hundreds of yummy fruit. Let's all take some time to appreciate the fruits of our labors... and appreciate the power of nature and goodness as we live in this world that is under stress and duress. I am grateful for my fabulous staff and faculty at the college who work together to bring the Eating for Health approach to an ever increasing audience. We have a new offering to share with you. It's the Vital Scoop, an all in one natural food powder that delivers wholesome, highly digestible macro, micro and phyto nutrients to your blood, brain and cells in minutes of ingestion. It's a unique product that blends in any liquid medium that can be enjoyed by anyone at anytime. As we eat well, we will bring peace to our cells which will enable us to be strong and clear in promoting peace in our world.
