I'm hooked on Marion Nestle's book, What to Eat and bought 5 extra copies for friends and family as holiday gifts.  I just came across her blog which I wanted to share with everyone:

WOW!!!  What a cool book and website; thank you soooo much for sharing!  I will be adding this one to my ever expanding library.

Another great book to educate the average consumer is "The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals" by Michael Pollan.  It's very enlightening and well written.  If you haven't read it; I highly recommend it!

Thanks for the post!

Marirose,

Thank you for sharing this. It looks awesome. If I only had more hours in the day to read.

Kelly----I'm a huge Michael Pollan fan and can't wait to get his new book. I just emailed the NANP to suggest him as a speaker for next year's conference. They responded that he's already on the list of prospective speakers! Thought you'd like to know.
