They still approach the question of, whats "healthy", based purely on caloric values. Which is more shallow than Britanny Spears Diary.

I would also like to point out that everything on their list of foods are pre-packaged or from a restaurant. I would go further to say that the majority of all prepared food (maybe as high as 90%) are terrible for our health, whether or not we choose that "Ruby Tuesdays" Salad over the turkey burger.

So what I would encourage people who are concerned about health issues is to consider more factors than mearly the calories, that make for healthy food choices. There are many High calorie foods that are many times healthier than their "Low-calorie" counterparts.

Here is a good standard to go by: Consider the source, and their interest in your personal health!

Those "foods" are so gross.  Thanks for posting.

good points Blujay.  I am always amazed when someone tells me a burger or pizza is unhealthy.  From a restaurant maybe but not from my kitchen.

Im making pizza now. The dough is rising as I type (I used amaranth, spelt, millet and wheat flours and tossed in some flax seeds).  Just chopped my veggies.  My parents dropped by some cheese they made.  Kids are making the sauce: tomatoes, carrots, spinach, garlic, and herbs).  Pizza bad for you?  Maybe Roundtable but not in this house.  Low calorie?  I don’t know, never been concerned with calories.  That’s why I chose this program.  Quality, variety and digestibility are key, not calories (alone).
