This recipe came from the wonderful Unme and I thought I would share it in this forum.  You will be the hit at any barbecue with this recipe!

Ingredients
Fresh, organic corn on the cobs
Umeboshi plum paste
sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions
Apply umeboshi paste with knife onto corn cobs
Roll in toasted sesame seeds

The combination of the pink and yellow is pretty and the salty, tangy taste of the umeboshi paste combined with the sweetness of the corn and the nuttiness of the sesame seeds is absolutely delicious!  Enjoy!

My husband tried this last night...loved it.  I myself am fasting with the Master Cleanser currently, will try it when I am back to eating.  He used our Community Supported Agriculture fresh, fresh corn...what a superb treat.

If anyone is interested in Community Supported Agriculture, let me know!

Hello Pam,

Thanks for asking.  Since I thought it would be good to start a new topic on the subject of CSA's, I have created one in the Nutrition Talk section of this forum.  There I posted an article I wrote and some info about sources.

You can link to it here:

I hope you enjoy it.  Thanks for asking!
