Hi there,
My name is Holley and I currently live in Ojai, CA. I’m 21 yrs old and I’d like to move up to Santa Cruz mid to late august. I am currently enrolled in the chef program at Bauman College Nutrition and Culinary Arts which starts September 22. I am hoping to create a natural chef business called Intuition Nutrition, cuz I love being healthy, eating whole, organic food and inspiring others to do the same!
I am extremely passionate about all things environmental, holistic, and sustainable~ Big on awareness in all respects. I am very active and I love everything to do with taking care of the earth and ourselves…. massage, yoga, hiking, the beach, biking, dancing, gardening, composting~ it’s all good. I eat a 100% organic, balanced vegetarian diet of both cooked and raw; occasional meat consumption, some raw dairy products (goats milk kefir is divine), sauerkrauts, and cultured veggies. I have a lot of good cooking equipment including a vita mix, food processor, dehydrator, juicer, etc….what can I say I’m going to chef school…. Would love to like minded people who also enjoy these kinds of activities. Let's get together, share a CSA box, cook, and garden!!
