Letters of Recommendation

I have not worked in the health or wellness field, so I am having difficulty deciding who I should request letters of recommendation from.  Any suggestions or recommendations?

Hello,

You may have any personal or professional friend or colleague write your LOR.  So that leaves it pretty general.  It should be mainly a character reference.  So just have them write about why they think you will be a good candidate to study holistic nutrition or culinary arts, from their perspective of knowing you as a person.
