Dear Rebekah,
I looked up sugar twin and found that it is made with saccharin, so it is not a safe alternative sweetener. Agave liquid and stevia powder are 2 natural sweeteners that don't raise the blood sugar levels much and can be used fairly easily. Stevia is much sweeter than sugar, so you use less. It can be used for baking but requires some recipe modification. Try to find recipes for stevia or experiment yourself. Hope this was some help to you.
