I am currently in the Nutrition Educator program; however, i am moving to Colorado Springs the end of the month (april). So i have to break my lease or find someone to sublet. I am open to leaving furniture or moving it...anything, im very flexible. As well as the timing!
The apartment is located in central longmont. Next to a small rec center and nice park (where i go to my pilyoga classes!). Its a one bedroom 2 floor apartment, and 1 1/2 baths. I love the place and their is a lot of extra storage places all over the house
I pay 605 plus electricity (which runs $20-25), if their would be two people living their it would increase an extra $40 to help with utilities.
Let me know if this sounds like it would interest anyone! I am open to hear any ideas or anything from anyone.
