Does the Natural Chef program also include Serve Safe sanitation certification, or will I have to do that separately?

I think that will be necessary for any work in a natural foods restaurant, right?...Also very helpful to instill confidence in clients as we market ourselves as personal chefs.

Thanks,

Hi,
It is not part of the program (because of time constraints) so you will have to complete it on your own.  Our safety and sanitation class will give you some of the information that you will need for the exam.  In most commercial cases you will need it.  When working as a personal chef it is not necessary but encouraged.
