Click on the links to read the PubMed abstracts that support the article. Spread the word that a healthy whole foods diet and active lifestyle are the keys to reduction in cardiovascular risk.  Cholesterol lowering drugs are dangerous.

Indeed. Let's hope the word gets out sooner rather than later.  For more on this subject, I highly recommend "Heart Frauds," which I am now reading.
