Okay, so it isn't the most convenient location in the world, but I lived in this apartment through the entire Natural chef program in Berkeley and I never had any problems.

I am moving and I need someone to sublet my apartment just until the lease is over in January. After that you can stay or do as you wish. I will copy and paste the ad I posted on Craigslist.

I am moving as soon as possible and I have gotten permission from my landlord to sublet my studio apartment. The lease is over in January and at that point you have the option to sign another lease or leave the property.
The studio apartment is perfect for someone just getting out of mom and dad's house! Located on a safe and quiet street in Crockett, there is a small park nearby and a few hiking trails. On Sundays you can walk to the tiny farmer's market or the Sunday night local jazz band that plays at the cafe. With my twin bed, a cushy chair and a few bookshelves and a coffee table I still have plenty of room to do yoga in the the living room/bedroom (you know how studios are!

) The kitchen has TONS of cabinet space. There is also two closets, both with a lot of space. There is no designated parking, but I have never had a problem, and you never have to walk more than a short block. Landlord pays water, PG&E usually adds up to a cheap $15 a month. You are close to the 80 freeway or the 4, and there is a bus stop down the street.
If you would like to come see the apartment, give me a call or e-mail me! (e-mail is usually the better way to get a hold of me) The sooner you can move in the better!
Thanks!
