I am soo interested and in love with the sounds of this program, but of course have a few questions. One of the main ones involving experience- I have almost completed by diploma program to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (Canada) and almost completed by Certificate in Culinary Education in Canada, as well. Are all the courses in the program required to be taken- I have spent many hours in food safety and sanitation getting booze serving certificates, work safety certificates, and food safety certificates, and I have plenty of experience with holisitic nutrition, including case studies on clients. Just curious!! Smiley

Hello

The entire Natural Chef Program does need to be completed to receive your Certificate as a Natural Chef.  There are two classes in the second week of the program that all students must attend before being able to work in the kitchens. These two classes are 'Safety and Sanitation' and 'Knife Skills'.  We do not have a policy in our Natural Chef Program that allows for students to by-pass any part of the Natural Chef Curriculum. Although these two classes may feel repetitive, the rules may actually be different between Canada and the United States. Your completion of the Registered Holistic Nutritionist Program in Canada will certainly support your education and work as a Natural Chef.

I hope I was able to answer your questions. Be sure to let me know if you would like to discuss your question in more detail. I am always available to speak with you.

Be Well,
