Hello, my wife heard about you on the radio today and I checked you out.  I currently work as a nurse (LVN) in a skilled nursing/Rehab facility and I also really love to cook.  I have been discouraged in nursing because I see that popping a pill to help relieve a symptom doesn't address underlying causes of disease.  Your Natural Chef program seems tailored to my direction in life.

I have a couple questions:

Do you see any Natural Chefs in Healthcare facilities?  How about Nutrition Consultants?

I do love to BBQ. I know it may not always be the healthiest way to cook food.  Does your program specifically discourage it?

Thanx for the info.

Hi Josh,

I am a graduate of the NE program and there are many graduates here working in the healthcare field. You can look on the main page of this website to read the "Meet the Graduates" section. The Chef program here is amazing.

Good luck in your research here. I think you will like what you see.

Hi Josh

We do have graduates working in the Healthcare Field. Examples of the areas where Bauman College graduates are working are: Integrative Wellness Centers, Retreat Centers, with
Health Care Practitioners such as Naturopaths, Accupuncturists, Medical Doctors, Recovery/Addiction Centers, and as therapuetic Natural Chefs.

Hospitals generally hire Registered Dieticians to oversee their food service programs.

If you are looking for an education and career in Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts please visit our website and request a catalog.  You may also call 800-987-7530 to set up a one on one appointment with a Bauman College Admissions Advisor.  We would be happy to speak with you and tell you more about our philosophy and career opportunities as a Certified Nutrition Educator/Consulant and Natural Chef.

I am always available to speak more with you.  Please contact me at 800-987-7530 or at admissions@baumancollege.org.

Be Well,
Marsha McLaughlin
