Ideal client: anyone in the East Bay seeking personal chef services and
health transition coaching

My name is Liz Hackney and I am a graduate of the Bauman College chef
training program in Berkeley. I have been a natural foods personal chef
for four years, specializing in healing diets and helping people
transition to a healthier lifestyle.

I combine knowledge of macrobiotic, living foods and chinese medicine
diets for a diet plan that is as unique as your health requirements are.
I have clients with breast cancer, bipolar disorder, celiac disease,
candida overgrowth, and chemical sensitivity disorder, to name a few. I
also help people use healing diets for support during allopathic
treatments; for example, how to eat to minimize side effects during, and
after, radiation treatments.

I also have clients who need information on how to eat correctly within
a given diet, for instance, what to eat and how to prepare living foods.
With a gentle and loving approach, I teach my clients how to transition
from the diet they are currently eating to the diet that they believe
will give them greater health benefits. I answer all those many, many
questions we all have when we’re trying something new!

All of my clients rely on me to sift through conflicting health
information to form a diet plan that is safe to eat for the rest of
their lives.

 Hello

I am looking for a chef to come in a cook meals for the week four our family of 4.
We live in Livermore, so that's about a 30 minutes drive from berkeley.
Family is my husband and I , our 5 year old daugher and our Au Pair from Thailand.

We are looking for someone to come in and cook healthy meals once or twice a week
and leave them in freezer/ fridge so we can access during the week.

My husband and I are busy professionals, so finding the time to cook healthy meals
at 6pm when everyone gets home is becoming a challenge and we want to ensure
our 5 year old continues to eat healthy food..
