Hi.  I was recently asked about Resveratrol and UltraResV as a dietary supplement for weight loss and heart health.  Has anybody had any experience with this?  Is it good or bad?  It looks like it's an all natural product but I haven't really been able to get any other information on it.

Thanks.

What I know about resveratrol, its a powerful antioxidant with no evidence that its good for weight loss.  i would guess it goes for the other product, too....lifestyle change not products make the best difference.  And I am reminded of one of Michael Pollan's Food Rules - it its a plant, eat it; if its made in a plant, don't.
