YOGA FOR A HEALTHY BACK
Learn to do Yoga without hurting your back! This gentle class helps you to:

* learn easy ways to keep your spine healthy
Class is based on Iyengar-style yoga and the postural alignments of the Balance Center in Palo Alto (
www.balancecenter.com). Small class size allows for individual attention for your unique needs.
This class is for you if you want to:
avoid premature aging of your joints
reduce or eliminate back and joint pain
avoid future back pain
improve your posture
Taught by Dana Davis, MA, Certified Yoga Teacher by the Yoga Room in Berkeley (a 500-hour program)
