A 2-hour wellness workshop

Jeanie Garden, Certified Yoga Teacher, & Restorative Trainer, will teach a one hour yoga class to adopt a whole body work-out for inspiration, as a way to deepen your understanding of optimal health and wholeness. You will leave with a life long tool for health and happiness!
