We have a room to rent available April 1. It's located very close to Bauman College and full of friendly, health conscious people in our 30's and 40's. There are 4 roommates, two living in cottages in back, and lots of space. Room is sunny and good sized. Rent is $360 a month plus utilities. I will be studying at Bauman and would love to have another student here. We're looking for a non smoker, whose mature and financially responsible.
