I just purchased a 2 cup bag of "dry, sprouted, green lentils" (as labeled on the little baggie)...and I'm not sure what to do with them!
If I'm correct, these are 'dry, sprouted' b/c they had been sprouted, and then left to dry. So now, if I want to use them, I assume I shouldn't cook them b/c they, then, would be the same nutrient-wise as regular lentils, and I paid a little extra & to get the sprouted ones
...so should I re-sprout them by letting them sit in water and then rinse, etc. etc., as I would in a regular sprouting scenario...or...? (I want to preserve as much of the nutrients from the sprouting process as possible!)
All help is greatly appreciated! & If you happen to have any recipes to toss my way, that would be *awesome* too. Thanks!!
