I have a room for rent right between shattuck and telegraph by the berkeley bowl east. It is in a beautiful location, lovely neighborhood, lots of gardening oppertunities/beds started. A firepit, chickens, and a whole lot of friendly people. My room is 750, with a 750 security depo and 1 year lease. Couples/room share is ok. The room is spacious and quite. pet friendly, community oriented. available mid aug, or sept 1. 10 min drive/15 min bike ride to Bauman campus. Blessings.
