2 bunches kale
1 bunch green onions

Lemon Tahini Sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 lemons  (juiced)
1/3 cup tahini
cooking water from kale (to desired thickness)
salt (to taste)

1.   rip kale up into 1-2 inch pieces
2.   boil 1-2 inches of water and braise kale for 2 minutes
3.   shock kale
4.   mix all dressing ingredients but water and salt in blender.  Add salt and kale water to taste
5.   cut up green onions to thin strips, cut on a diagnol
6.   mix kale, 2/3 of onion and some tahini sauce by hand until well blended
7.   place in serving bowl and top with remaining green onions
