Bauman College has four locations in the western United States. Our three California locations are in the greater San Francisco Bay Area: Berkeley, Penngrove and Santa Cruz. Our Colorado location is situated conveniently near the greater Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area in the city of Boulder. See below for addresses and directions. We also offer a Distance Learning option for our nutrition program if you are unable to attend at any of our locations.

Berkeley is a hip, diverse, urban setting across the Bay Bridge from San Francisco. Good public transit is available by bus and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). You may not need personal transportation while living here, other than a bicycle. Our site is in the vicinity of UC Berkeley.

Directions from the North and South: From I-580/ I-80 in either direction, take the Ashby exit and head east (away from the Bay). Turn left at 7th St. (unmarked, first light that you come to). Drive 4 blocks to Grayson St. (third light that you come to on 7th St.). Bauman College is located on the second floor in the tan two-story building on the NE corner (right side) of 7th and Grayson. If you park on the street, please enter the building through the door on the backside of the building (by the back parking lot). You may also park in the school lot on evenings and weekends by turning right on Grayson (E), then left on 8th (N), and then left into the first driveway on your left.

Penngrove is a tiny town located among the rolling hills and vineyards of the California wine country, one hour north of SF. Most students live in surrounding small towns while attending Bauman College. Optimally, you would have a car or motorcycle/moped while living here. Our site is in the vicinity of Sonoma State University.

Directions from the north: Take Hwy. 101 to the Petaluma Blvd. North exit and go east (left) over the freeway. Drive approximately two miles to Penngrove. Bauman College is just past Main Street, in the Grove Center on the right side of the road.

Bus Directions: Visit www.transit.511.org or call 511 to plan the best route from your location to Bauman College. Sonoma County Transit Lines #44 and #48 both run through Penngrove traveling between Santa Rosa and Petaluma.

Santa Cruz has an artsy, beach town ambiance. It is approximately 1.5 hours south of SF. Our site is located near a prime surfing location. Surrounding coast mountains offer redwood forests and lots of hiking. There is limited public transportation, but a good bicycle infrastructure. You may not need personal transportation, other than a bicycle, while living here. Our site is in the vicinity of UC Santa Cruz.

Bauman College Santa Cruz Directions From the south: Take Hwy. 1 north to 41st Ave. and turn left off the exit. Proceed through all traffic lights. At your first stop sign, turn right onto Portola Dr. Turn into the 2nd driveway on the left. We are located in the Walt Eller Center.

Directions From the Bay Area: From 680 South, take Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz. Merge onto Hwy. 1 south and take the 41st Ave. exit. Turn right and proceed through all traffic lights. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Portola Dr. Turn into the 2nd driveway on the left. We are located in the Walt Eller Center.

Bauman College Boulder, CO

Boulder is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just 35 miles northwest of Denver. Boulder sits 5,430 feet above sea level, surrounded by a greenbelt of city trails and open spaces and is known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and natural product retailers and restaurants. Getting to our central downtown location is easy without your own vehicle; bus stops and bike paths are right out the front door.

Bauman College Boulder Directions From the south(Hwy 36/Denver): As you get into Boulder, Highway 36 (the Boulder/Denver Turnpike) turns into 28th Street. Take 28th to Canyon and make a left. Make a right at Broadway. Go through Walnut Street and make a left at Spruce Street. Immediately on the right is a small, metered parking lot. The entrance to the school is just across this lot (north), in the community center of the First Congregational Church. The entrance faces south.

Directions From the south (Golden): Take Hwy 93 north towards Boulder. Once you get into South Boulder, 93 turns into South Broadway. Stay on Broadway into town, through Arapahoe, Canyon and Walnut Streets. Make a left on Spruce Street. Immediately on the right is a small, metered parking lot. The entrance to the school is just across this lot (north), in the community center of the First Congregational Church. The entrance faces south.

Directions from the north (Lyons, Hygiene):
Take Highway 93 to the North Broadway exit. Take Broadway into Boulder. Make a right on Spruce Street. Immediately on the right is a small, metered parking lot. The entrance to the school is just across this lot (north), in the community center of the First Congregational Church. The entrance faces south.

Directions from the east: From Foothills Parkway, take the Arapahoe exit west (toward the mountains). Follow Arapahoe all the way to Broadway; make a right on Broadway. Go through Canyon and Walnut Streets. Make a left on Spruce Street. Immediately on the right is a small, metered parking lot. The entrance to the school is just across this lot (north), in the community center of the First Congregational Church. The entrance faces south.
