One of the best educations I have ever received was from Bauman College. The interaction with my classmates and teachers was great. The program was very comprehensive in its scope of useful nutritional information especially compared to the insufficient and misguided info that is given to us by the government, the media, and the medical establishment. It changed my life!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and a Masters degree in Kinesiology. I have also been trained as a nationally certified Personal Trainer and a Post-Rehabilitation Specialist.

Becoming a Nutrition Consultant prepared me very well for what I am doing now. I own Healthworks, a business that offers a variety of nutritional services including one on one counseling, small group counseling, and lectures on various nutritional topics.

The best part of my work is listening to people’s stories and then figuring out effective ways to reach my client’s fitness and nutrition goals. I had a male client who was 50 years old and underweight. He was motivated to change his patterns of taking care of himself and his compliance to following the health program I developed for him was very high. He trusted what I had to say. He happily met his goals. I was very proud of him.
