I graduated from Bauman College in August of 2006. Previously I worked as a chef and had a catering business.

My education at Bauman College helped me to learn an enormous amount about health and nutrition, to gain confidence in speaking in front of groups, and to grow as a person. The healthful eating habits I learned at Bauman College have changed my life. I have become more sane in my dietary choices and feel at peace with food finally.

In school I chose to focus on women's health as my area of concentration but since I graduated it seems that another area has 'chosen' me. I find that depression and eating disorders have become the main areas I am currently focusing on.

Since graduation, I opened my own practice, Blossom Green Nutrition Services. I also work for New Directions Eating Disorders outpatient program as their nutritionist. I offer 3-month to 6-month programs focusing on diet, supplements, and lifestyle issues that guide my clients to find optimal health. I like inspiring people to go to a new level of health and wellbeing, being their coach and supporter. I also love doing hands-on healing work. I am a certified Reiki Master.
