It has been an absolutely wonderful year here at Bauman College! Thank you to all of our students and greater community for making Bauman College such a special place.....

Well here it is, the final month of 2007. As we reflect back on the year, it is very satisfying to see how Bauman College has grown and improved. We have a great curriculum staff who work so hard to create and update our wonderful programs. Couple this with a stellar faculty and dedicated administrative team, and you can perceive the magic that we have to share. Looking around the school we see positive energy and forward thinking health promotion both from staff and students. That feels good. Bauman College wishes you and yours a peaceful holiday season and a good slide into the New Year.

Holiday Cheer- Vital Eggnog

The Vital Scoop is highly adaptable. Here is a wonderful recipe for Vital Eggnog, from Ed Bauman's personal cookbook:

1 quart nut milk
2 scoops Vital Scoop
1 Tbs. maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cardamom
optional: add 1 tsp. Vanilla and/or dash of brandy.
Heat gently in a pan, pour, and enjoy!
